Annotation
Edmé Boursault (1638–1701) was a French dramatist and writer. Among his best-known plays are «Le Mercure gallant», «Esope à la ville» and «Esope à la cour». His best-known historical novels are «Lettres à Babet» (1666), «Marquis de Chavigny» (1670), «Artémise et Potianthe» (1670), «Le Prince de Condé» (1675) etc.
