Annotation

Victor Riqueti, marquis de Mirabeau (1715–1789) was a French political economist and philosopher. He was the father of the renowned French revolutionary, the Comte de Mirabeau, and a military officer André de Mirabeau. His book «The duties» consist of six parts: duties of human, of citizen, of owner, of nobleman in the society, of prince in the society, of human towards his author.
